Primary Requirement: Hands-on experience in Java and SailPoint IdentityIQ
SailPoint IdentityIQ Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.3/8.4, including identity governance concepts, workflows, object configurations, rules, forms, and provisioning logic.
Java Development: Strong Java 8/11 basics skills with experience in enterprise application development, debugging, and maintenance.
IdentityIQ Customization: Experience working with IIQ XML artifacts such as workflows, object configs, UI configs, custom forms, and message bundles.
Scripting Knowledge: Ability to work with BeanShell used in SailPoint workflows and rules.
Data Handling: Working knowledge of MySQL or relational databases used in enterprise identity systems.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Ability to validate changes through unit/integration testing, logs, and root-cause analysis in enterprise environments.
Security and Access Governance: Understanding of identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices.
Workflow Design: Experience designing and optimizing IIQ workflows for identity creation, update, provisioning, and account correlation.
SCIM and Identity APIs: Experience with SCIM models, identity resource mapping, and API contract management.
Performance Optimization: Ability to diagnose workflow or API bottlenecks and improve response times.
Code Quality: Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and maintaining clean, maintainable enterprise Java code.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with business analysts, identity architects, QA, and platform teams.
Mentorship: Ability to review code, guide junior developers, and enforce good engineering practices.
CI/CD Awareness: Exposure to GitLab CI/CD, artifact packaging, and deployment pipelines.
API Integration: Experience building and maintaining REST/SCIM-based services using JAX-RS and related enterprise integration patterns.
Maven Build Management: Comfortable working with multi-module Maven projects and resolving build/package issues.
