We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Entra ID & Infrastructure Support Engineer to support our identity and access management (IAM) services alongside Windows server infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), application support, change management, and server support. The ideal candidate will ensure secure and seamless access across systems and provide support for critical infrastructure components.
Key Responsibilities:
Identity & Access Management (IAM):• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user/group management, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and B2B integrations.• Configure and support ADFS and Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity and SSO scenarios.• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues across on-prem and cloud systems.• Manage integration of SaaS and internal applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Application & Server Support:• Provide Level 2/3 support for identity-integrated business applications and related infrastructure.• Support Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments, including patching, performance tuning, and monitoring.• Assist with server builds, upgrades, domain controller management, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.• Support certificate management for ADFS and identity-integrated applications.
Change & Configuration Management:• Lead and implement changes in identity and server environments using formal change management processes (ITIL or equivalent).• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, integrations, and support procedures.• Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and post-change reviews.
Monitoring, Compliance & Security:• Monitor identity and server systems using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, SCOM, or equivalent).• Implement security best practices for both identity and server environments.• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX).
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, ADFS, and hybrid identity solutions.• Strong background in Windows Server administration.• Experience with application support, especially around authentication/integration.• Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).• Scripting experience with PowerShell for automation and reporting.
