JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct engineering work process for instrumentation, control and automation systems for projects.
- Perform design work for instrumentation, control and automation, including system integration, logic control, P&ID, design calculations, functional description, design technical specification, estimation, OT system integration, incorporating 3D models, and related documents in compliance with specification requirements & related code of practice.
- Incorporate instrumentation, control and automation systems, OT package and review related design documents including P&ID, protection, layout, 3D models and OT infrastructure (including cybersecurity) to achieve plant integration and functional objectives.
- Evaluate and manage equipment package and ensure technical compliance from Suppliers and Vendors.
- Prepare technical submissions of proposal including design documents, drawings, layout and interface point requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, Suppliers, Vendors, Contractors and customers.
- Support the commercial team in managing equipment package execution, identifying and resolving the gaps between technical and contractual requirements.
- Provide support to manage, coordinate and monitor the instrumentation, control and automation site installation works by the Sub-Contractor.
- Coordinate with the relevant Stakeholders for execution of the site work schedule, work sequence and installation works, including identifying problems/issues at site and resolving them amicably.
- Review and evaluate variation claims (if any).
- Involve in the System and Plant Testing & commissioning.
- Other instructions by management.
