This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an I2M Project Support Officer in Shanghai with Signify.
- Support execution and implementation of offer development projects in the business
- Support in the preparation of comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets
- Support I2M offer development projects in meeting their agreed business targets (conform business case).
- Support in managing stakeholders (business leaders, product managers, …) towards successful delivery of projects
- Support the community of practice of I2M Project Managers
- Track all projects running KPIs. Maintain projects status in system.
More about you
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field essential for understanding project execution and offer development.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience supporting project management activities, preferably in offer development or R&D environments, to ensure effective project planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong planning, organizing and execution skills
- Analytical & conceptual skills
