- Work on tickets / queries raised by users
- Resolve / data fix – transactions.
- Bug-fix in the existing code base as prioritized by the customer
- Total 12+ years of experience in Hyperion Administrator and L2\L3 Support in EPM PBCS/EPBCS including 3+ years as a PM
- On-Prem Hyperion Administration skills:
- Stop and Start of services
- Patching
- Debugging issues in HFM, DRM, Essbase
- Certificate (SSL, Ldap etc) renewals
- Experience in managing team of 5-6 teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
- Ready to work the 3 PM to 12 AM IST shift
