Core Responsibilities
  • Timely monitor production line status (equipment utilization, WIP level, etc.) and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve optimal production performance (output, cycle time, etc.).
  • Analyze production-related data and dynamically develop and adjust strategies to ensure achievement of production KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workload reduction, lost time minimization, RPT and OI scheduling optimization, and Q-time control enhancement.
  • Establish and optimize process management projects to ensure operational stability and sustainable long-term performance.
  • Lead abnormal issue analysis and drive improvement actions, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively against defined timelines.
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis and interpretation capability, along with proven ability in team building, mentoring, and coaching.

Production Operations & Execution
  • Lead a team of operators to maintain strong manufacturing discipline and ensure stable daily production operations.
  • Execute production plans based on priorities and adjust dynamically according to real-time shop floor conditions.
  • Monitor hourly output (Hourly Moves) and performance against targets, and take timely corrective actions to close gaps.
  • Make data-driven decisions to ensure achievement of output, cycle time, and overall operational efficiency targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Maintain close communication and collaboration with Equipment, Process, Engineering, and Planning teams.
  • Coordinate cross-area resources to optimize tool loading and manage process time window constraints.
  • Drive cross-functional solutions to enhance overall production and fab performance.

People Leadership & Development
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance capability and engagement.
  • Ensure team alignment with production goals and strengthen accountability and execution.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all operations comply with company quality standards, manufacturing requirements, and procedures.
  • Promote a "Safety First" culture and ensure full adherence to all safety protocols.
  • Enforce operational discipline to minimize risk and ensure consistent execution.

Continuous Improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
  • Systematically improve process capability and reduce manufacturing cost.
  • Establish and refine process management mechanisms to sustain and scale improvement outcomes.
