業務内容• Lot startおよびwafer inventory管理に対し問題点を見つけ改善活動を実行する。• Test Waferについて管理手法の改善と, 関連部門とCommunicationし新しいQualification用Lotの開発を行う。• TW cost reductionを目的とし, Recycle/Reclaim waferの所要や使用量をモニターして関連部門へ問題提起や改善立案を行う。• Site内の自動搬送効率の改善のため, FOUP管理方法の問題点を分析し, 改善策を立案実行する。• Siteの生産計画を基に海外サイトとののWafer輸送計画を実現する。また, 自動化を進め業務効率の改善とCapacityの改善を行う。• 海外サイトとのCommunicationを活性化させ, Best Know Methodを作り上げ自サイトあるいは他サイトへ展開する。
要件（全て満たしている必要は無い）• 各部門とのコミュニケーション能力がある。• 海外サイトとのコミュニケーション能力/折衝能力がある。• 様々な 複雑な業務に関して, 独自の考えに基づき, 遂行出来る。• 課題を整理し, 解決できる能力を有する。• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル。
Job Responsibilities

• Identify issues and drive improvement activities related to lot start and wafer inventory management.
• Improve management methods for test wafers and collaborate with related departments to develop new lots for daily qualification.
• Monitor the demand and usage of recycled/reclaimed wafers to reduce TW cost, and call out issues or propose improvements to related departments.
• Analyze issues in FOUP management methods and plan/implement improvements to enhance automated transport efficiency within the site.
• Based on the site's production plan, execute wafer shipment planning to overseas sites, and promote automation to improve operational efficiency and capacity.
• Strengthen communication with overseas sites and establish Best Known Methods (BKM) to deploy them within the site or across other sites.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with various departments.
• Communication and negotiation skills with overseas sites.
• Ability to independently manage and execute complex tasks based on one's own judgment.
• Capability to organize issues and develop/implement solutions.
• English communication skills.
