We are looking for an HV Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Germany.
Reporting directly to the CEE High Voltage and OHL Sales Director
, you will be responsible for driving High Voltage business development and managing key customer relationships for complex infrastructure and utility projects.
- Managing and developing existing customers with High Voltage (HV) potential
- Expanding and structuring the HV customer portfolio in Germany
- Managing offers for HV project tenders, including coordination with stakeholders
- Building and maintaining a commercial and technical database required for project offers
- Understanding and managing project bidding processes for HV cables
- Analyzing and responding to Power Utilities tenders
- Reviewing and understanding technical specifications related to HV cable systems
- Leading commercial negotiations with customers
- Preparing and managing TPA files and DOA documentation
- Traveling to meet customers, utilities, and manufacturing facilities as required
- Exposure to large-scale energy infrastructure projects
- Direct impact on the energy transition in Germany
- High level of autonomy and customer engagement in a strategic market
- Fluent in English and German
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Several years of experience in HV sales, project sales, or power utilities
- Strong understanding of HV cable systems and technical specifications (must have)
- Experience with bid management and utility tenders (must have)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel
- Strong teamwork skills, results‑oriented and proactive mindset
- Decision‑making attitude, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
