Be the Bridge: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, becoming their go-to advisor for energy solutions. You’ll navigate complex organizations, turning challenges into opportunities.
Innovate with Purpose: Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to adapt and pioneer new applications for Aggreko’s technology, translating technical brilliance into clear business value.
Drive Results: Your success will be measured by new revenue streams, market penetration, and the quality of relationships you build—all while maintaining a sharp focus on margins and win rates.
What You’ll Achieve
Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to enter new sectors and territories, establishing Aggreko as the leader in temporary power and energy services.
Relationship Mastery: Cultivate deep, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, growing both new and existing accounts.
Technical Leadership: Leverage your expertise to find innovative uses for Aggreko’s solutions, working closely with engineers to tailor offerings for new markets.
Pipeline Growth: Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring the sales team is always positioned for success.
Who You Are
You’re a strategic hunter with a passion for opening doors and building businesses. You thrive in complex, high-stakes environments and are driven by the challenge of turning potential into profit.
Essential Experience:
Proven Track Record: 5+ years in business development, strategic sales, or market expansion—ideally within utilities, oil & gas, petrochemicals, refineries, or HVAC.
Relationship Builder: A history of success in engaging C-level executives and growing share of wallet within strategic accounts.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of energy solutions, temporary power, or HVAC, with the ability to translate technical details into compelling business cases.
Resilient & Curious: You adapt quickly, learn constantly, and never settle for the status quo.
