About Humble Robotics

Working at Humble Robotics means taking on the biggest change in ground transportation in decades. We’re building an autonomous, zero-emissions hauler that dramatically lowers the cost of freight with groundbreaking vision-based AI, designed for today’s global logistics network.

We’re a fast-moving, close-knit team of AV industry veterans and innovative thinkers. We don’t believe culture can be engineered - but when it falls into place, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Progress has never felt so present.

Position Overview

Humble Robotics is reimagining ground transportation, using advanced physical AI to solve today's biggest freight challenges. We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to help tell that story to the world. In this role you'll own the development and execution of our marketing strategy, shaping how Humble shows up across every channel, event, and conversation. You'll be the connective tissue between our team and the external agencies, partners, and industry thought leaders while driving a cohesive brand that reflects the ambition of our mission. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution and wants to build a category-defining brand in electric, autonomous freight from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a cohesive, impactful marketing strategy across brand, product, partnerships, and press to drive Humble’s growth and commercialization efforts.

    • Continuously refine Humble messaging, validating it with customers and testing it across paid and organic channels. Monitor industry trends, evaluate competitor messaging, and assess its performance in prospect and customer conversations.

    • Track and report on the performance of Humble’s marketing initiatives, adapting quickly as the company’s goals evolve. Analyze website activity, conversions, attribution, and engagement across digital channels; allocate spend for the highest possible impact.

    • Own the marketing budget from planning to retrospective. Forecast spend and ROI, scope work and manage vendors, and monitor spend throughout the lifecycle of each project.

    • Own public relations efforts in collaboration with an external PR firm. Develop quarterly plans, drive media outreach, draft press releases and guest posts, compile media kits, and strengthen leadership’s relationships with top journalists and content creators.

    • Produce strategic, on-brand content across digital channels, in-person events, partnerships, and press. Work with creative agencies to develop compelling imagery and videos that support the Humble story. Collaborate with leadership and engineering to create in-depth technical content, blog posts, and customer/partner presentations.

    • Manage the Humble website with support from our external website agency. Keep content fresh and on-message, maintain the blog and newsroom, optimize SEO/GEO, and report on key performance and conversion metrics.

    • Manage social media presence, regularly post content and engage with followers/prospects/influencers, and make strategic decisions on ad spend across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

    • Evaluate and implement marketing automation tools to scale efforts across marketing and sales. Manage Attio CRM alongside the commercialization team.

    • Prep leadership and stakeholders for industry conferences with targeted content, promotional materials and displays, and support for exclusive customer and partner events.

    • Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and talent teams to align marketing with company priorities, product milestones, and hiring initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications programs at early stage to series A startups.

    • Strong sense of how marketing fits into the bigger picture – as the first marketing hire, you’ll play a key role in driving company goals around growth, commercialization, fundraising, and public image.

    • Ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling stories.

    • Demonstrated experience managing external marketing agencies, PR/press agencies, and creative or media partners end-to-end.

    • Direct experience in brand development — building, evolving, or stewarding a brand's identity, voice, and positioning.

    • Eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience marketing for startups, hardware, deep-tech, robotics, heavy duty vehicles, electric vehicles or autonomous-vehicle companies.

    • Established relationships with journalists, press, or industry media, particularly in tech, mobility, logistics, or robotics.

    • Experience building marketing functions, processes, or brands from an early stage.

    • Familiarity with digital marketing, content, and analytics tools, and comfort using data to guide creative and strategic decisions.

Compensation

This role is eligible for base salary + benefits + equity compensation. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
