Our Newest Opportunity: 

The main responsibilities of the integration support technician are to provide support while ensuring that the systems are always fully functional and secure. In addition, team members will provide support to other departments. Individuals in this role should be able to work independent, have a solid understanding of HR concepts, and knowledge of the systems they support. Be able to analyze and deploying new functionality. And either provide documentation or training to others on how to utilize it. This position plays a key role in supporting our internal customers as well as our external customers from a technical perspective. This role works cross functional with other departments within the organization to ensure proper support for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focuses on improving customer experience through introduction of new system features by implementing new functionality and training team members.
  • Troubleshoots issues from internal customers regarding payroll, benefits, taxes, paid time off, system access, and other human resource and payroll management issues. May work with external vendor support teams to resolve specific technical functionality issues and or request software enhancements.
  • Primarily working as individual contributor at the direction of the director or team lead. May occasionally lead small projects or be a team member on larger projects.
  • May serve as a project owner for one or more functionalities across the platforms. Examples being Time and Attendance, Performance Management, or Expense Management.
  • Fosters an environment of continuous improvement throughout both the information systems team and the customers we serve.
  • Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of Resourcing Edge.

Required Experience

  • Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Three to five years related experience and or training.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Knowledge of ERP and HCM software systems and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Self-motivated and able to function well in a team environment.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Payroll Professional or Fundamentals of Payroll Certification a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Excel
  • Capable of navigating multiple types of client interactions appropriately and possesses strong client relationship building skills.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
