As a Human Resources Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting various functions of the Human Resources department including (but not limited to): payroll and benefits, employee leave, reporting, training and administration of company policies, recruiting and selection process, and onboarding. You will oversee the human resources staff in managing processes that support employee productivity and company objectives and ensure the HR practices are in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, or similar roles required.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now HRIS is required.
- Ability to make day-to-day judgment and exhibit strong leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategies and current practices, including compensation, performance management, and employment/labor laws.
- Ability to exercise discretion and tact in the working environment.
- Demonstrate excellent active listening, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide instructions to the human resources team members.
- Support recruiting efforts and onboarding of qualified applicants.
- Maintain and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
- Maintain employee files and human resources records.
- Ensure employee compliancy with mandatory training and continuing education (i.e. safety training, employee handbook training, anti-harassment training).
- Assist with employee benefit programs (Open Enrollment) and employee leave requests.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate and host company events and activities.
- Support HR Manager in the coordination of disciplinary discussions, separations, and investigations.
Salary:
- $60,000 - $75,000/year based on education and experience level.

Education:
