We are looking for an Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and contributing to people-related initiatives.
. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements
- Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners throughout the hiring process
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and ensure local compliance
- Collaborate with global People & Culture teams to localize HR practices
- Track HR and recruitment metrics, reporting, and insights
- Contribute to culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Currently living in São Paulo, Brazil
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with hands-on recruitment responsibilities
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Background in startup or fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
