At 700Apps, we are seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to enhance our HR team. This role involves a variety of functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and contributing to the overall success of our workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interview and selection.
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and industry standards.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration and communicate with employees regarding their inquiries.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
