We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with annual enrollment processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.
- Maintain detailed records, ensuring all reports, disposition notes, candidate records, and other documentation are complete to support thorough and accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
