Job Description- Manage payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and vacation balances.
- Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS system.
- Oversee contract preparation, renewals, and coordination.
- Handle the full recruitment process: posting, screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Support employee relations and assist with disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate employees’ benefit programs.
- Assist with staff training programs and development initiatives.
