At Eni, we are looking for a HR Specialist within IEOC Production BV in Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible for providing operational support across recruitment, employee administration, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR reporting. You will also facilitate communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders, while contributing to a positive work environment and overall organisational effectiveness.

Main responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee requests.
• Support training, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide general HR support to employees and management.
• Follow expatriates' mobilization plan for IEOC and JV

Skills and experience required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
