TeleSolv is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Specialist, Retirements to support Government human resources operations with expert retirement advisory and case review services. The selected professional will review retirement packages for voluntary and disability retirement cases, provide advisory services for those cases, run retirement estimates, and counsel stakeholders on the content of those estimates. Responsibilities:
- Review retirement packages for voluntary retirement cases and disability retirement cases.
- Conduct advisory services for voluntary and disability retirement cases.
- Run retirement estimates and advise on the content of those estimates.
- Independently review and advise on Government retirement benefits and eligibility.
- Code and process retirement personnel actions in accordance with the Government’s Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six years of experience performing retirement support services similar to those described for this position.
- Experience reviewing retirement packages for voluntary and disability retirement cases.
- Experience conducting advisory services related to voluntary and disability retirement cases.
- Experience running retirement estimates and providing advisory services on the content of those estimates.
