Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Human Resources Solutions Partner based out of our Greenville, NC headquarters facility. 

What You Will Do:
  • The HR Solutions Partner is responsible for helping to deliver process improvement initiatives enabling transformation of HR services to Business leaders.
  • This position will focus on delivering continuous improvement solutions, robust data, and tools, partnering to improve the internal customer experience within the Americas HR function and business groups.
  • Partner with HR Analytics to support implementation of tools and models to support site- and divisional-level decisions.
  • Partner with HR Analytics to automate KPIs and dashboards to create visibility across division into performance on continuous improvement activities
  • Partner with HR-COE and Business practitioners to collect, clarify, and translate HR/business requirements into fully developed solutions within Workday
  • Support process mapping and continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams across Americas division.
  • Project manage various initiatives across the HR function driving problem solving.
  • Operate as a business partner with HR partners and business client groups.
  • Partner with business, providing influence and direction to client groups on a variety of HR topics: talent, employee relations, engagement, workforce stability, retention, as well as employee development and growth.

  • One who possesses strong Project Management skills, tools, and problem solving.
  • The position will also support client groups as a HRBP cultivating strategic relationships with functional/operational leaders through coaching, consultation, influence, and problem solving to successfully execute organizational goals.
  • Partner with business, providing influence and direction to client groups on a variety of HR topics: talent, employee relations, engagement, workforce stability, retention, as well as employee development and growth.
  • Strong partnership skills: coaching, influencing, problem solving, consulting.
  • Leadership experience and business acumen.
  • Employee Relations: conflict resolution, problem solving, counseling, facilitation.
  • Knowledge of HR practices in areas of employment, compensation, benefit design, and administration.
  • Business skills: business writing, computer/information systems, presentation skills.
What You Will Need Education:

HR – Solutions Partner I

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of HR or business experience; Project Management skills. Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Employee Relations: conflict resolution, problem solving, counseling, facilitation.     
  • Strong partnership skills: coaching, influencing, problem solving, consulting.
  • Leadership experience and business acumen.
  • Knowledge of HR practices in areas of employment, compensation, benefit design and administration.

HR – Solutions Partner II

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources or business-related experience required. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Lead Process Mapping and continuous improvement projects with cross functional teams across Americas division. 
  • Lead, implement, and drive introduction of HYMH Global Problem-Solving Tool Kit and other continuous improvement methodology across the Americas HR function.
