Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with management and employees, delivering a value-added service, to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Work with line management, providing HR guidance and support when appropriate
- Meet with management to plan for personnel needs and forecasting, for example to understand future hiring needs, talent retention and development, succession planning, employee engagement, etc
- Support line managers with the review and updating of job descriptions as applicable
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with the end-to end recruitment process, assisting candidates through a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Support in promoting Zeeco employment opportunities in the community and organizations, attending related events, for example to attract and recruit Internships and Graduates
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in managing the relationship with any approved employment agencies, adhering to agreed terms and conditions
- Manage HR processes from onboarding to retention, ensuring a positive employee experience
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment and obtain all pre-employment and new starter paperwork
- Maintain employee records and update the HR systems
- Deliver the HR induction session to all new employees
- Training administration and delivery as required
- Benefit and insurance administration
- Work with the Head of HR, Europe to drive engagement and well-being initiatives to create a thriving workplace, ensuing compliance in line with employment & health and safety legislation
- Employee relations including managing processes such as - absence management (sickness, maternity, paternity, etc), investigations, disciplinary, grievance, etc
- Coach line managers and employees through performance management processes such as - Appraisals, Probationary Reviews, Performance Improvement Plans, etc
- Employee payroll administration – monthly collating and submission of information
- HR Reporting, for example, headcount, tenure, turnover, sickness, appraisals, probationary reviews, etc
- Work with the Head of HR, Europe on keeping HR policies up to date and aligned with employment law and business needs
- Administer the application process for Certificate of Sponsorships for employees hired on company-sponsored visa
- Administering the employee reward and recognition scheme, such as Employee of the Month
- Travel up to 10% of the time to other international offices, recruiting events and/or conferences as required
- Perform any other general HR duties as assigned.

Experience/Knowledge
- HR experience at HR Partner or Senior HR Advisor level
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive and ready to hit the ground running!
- Experience managing the full functions and processes of a HR department desirable
- Ability & understanding in managing overseas employees desirable
- HR and/or CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable
