The Opportunity

Some HR professionals complete transactions. This role is for an organized, responsive administrator who can anticipate what is needed, keep details moving, and make the associate and manager experience easier at every step.

24Seven Hotels is seeking a Human Resources Operations Administrator to provide accurate, timely support for People Resources & Development operations across our corporate office and hotel portfolio. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will support onboarding, HR systems, associate communications, timekeeping and payroll coordination, leaves, workers’ compensation, safety, recruiting, vendors, and office operations.

This is a visible, hands-on opportunity for an HR professional who values accuracy, confidentiality, service, and follow-through. Success requires balancing multiple priorities, communicating clearly, recognizing risks, escalating barriers promptly, and owning assignments through completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep HR operations running smoothly: Respond to associate requests; support department communications, records, documentation, system transactions, audits, reporting, and retention requirements.
  • Maintain accurate workforce data: Process onboarding, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations in ADP Workforce Now with complete, audit-ready documentation.
  • Create a strong associate experience: Coordinate orientation, system setup, training records, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring administration.
  • Champion culture and connection: Support engagement, recognition, wellness, events, milestone check-ins, and retention initiatives across approved communication platforms.
  • Support timekeeping, payroll, leave, and claims: Gather documentation, follow up on missing information, route inquiries, and coordinate leave, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work activities.
  • Strengthen safety and compliance: Coordinate training, communications, committee support, OSHA initiatives, risk mitigation, and timely follow-up.
  • Pitch in where needed: Assist with vendors, invoices, purchase requests, mail, supplies, building needs, budget tracking, visitors, and special projects.

What You Bring

  • Two to four years of progressive experience in HR, HR operations, payroll administration, or a related field; a relevant college degree is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Hands-on experience supporting onboarding, employee records, communications, and ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS.
  • Experience in at least one of these areas: timekeeping, payroll, leaves, workers’ compensation, employee relations, or compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and related applications.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, strong organization, clear communication, and consistent ownership through completion.
  • Multi-location or hospitality experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

What Success Looks Like

You anticipate needs, protect confidential information, communicate candidly and respectfully, and keep commitments moving without requiring repeated follow-up. Associates and managers receive responsive support, workforce records remain accurate and audit-ready, deadlines are met, and risks or barriers are escalated promptly. Your work demonstrates 24Seven Hotels’ Core Values through accuracy, service, collaboration, sound judgment, and ownership.

Why 24Seven Hotels?

At 24Seven Hotels, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate, visible impact across our corporate office and hotel portfolio. You will partner with hotel and corporate leaders, broaden your experience across multiple areas of HR operations, strengthen the associate experience, and help build dependable people practices that support exceptional guest experiences and investor returns.
