We are seeking a top Human Resources talent for Fem Care’s Auburn Plant in Maine, North America. Auburn is the world’s largest tampon manufacturing facility, producing 62% of the total tampons sold in North America. This site has over 550+ employees and is poised for transformation with significant investments and automation on the horizon. We are looking for a highly motivated, action-oriented Human Resources Manager to support this transformation and serve as the catalyst for key initiatives in recruiting, training and development, attrition management, and more. The site is located in the beautiful Northeast, with easy access to major cities like Portland and Boston. This is a crucial role within our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for identifying key business building opportunities and consistently delivering results via operational excellence. You will work closely with various teams to build capabilities and deliver business impact with excellence.

Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Have a major or concentration in any of these areas – Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development or relevant majors.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead medium size projects or initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and respond to business needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
