Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and coaching to people leaders and employees on employee engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, performance management, development, employee relations, retention, and workplace investigations as appropriate.
- Maintain a visible, accessible presence across shifts to support employees and leaders in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.
- Ensure employee relations issues are identified, reported, investigated, and resolved; promote consistent, compliant application of policies and labor requirements.
- Lead and execute core HR cycles including talent management, performance planning, compensation and salary planning, recognition, onboarding, and new manager assimilation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting, staffing, and onboarding; facilitate new employee orientation.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to track key indicators, identify trends, and inform actions; conduct data audits and manage site HR transactions including reporting and case tracking.
- Serve as an available point of contact for managers and employees on HR topics; collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence as needed.
- Lead or support site-wide HR projects and change initiatives across multiple client groups.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; reinforce policies and a respectful workplace.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area or unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience - roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles, operational and business management.
