The company is seeking to recruit talented professionals in a wide variety of fields to lead and drive the business.
QualificationsDemonstrated understanding of industry dynamics in relation to staffing, talent management, organization effectiveness and external issues and interpret the trends broadly to ensure the Business/ Function meets short / longer-term objectives
Minimum of First Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent. A post Graduate would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years Experience in similar position within the upstream sector of an Oil and Gas and must be CIPM or CIPD certified
