Our client, a leading manufacturer of power and instrumentation cables in the West Africa sub-region, is seeking the services of an experieced professional as HR Manager to take ownership of issues relating to the effective management of the human capital of the organization towards enhanced productivity.
QualificationsA bachelor's degree in the Social sciences, good working knowledge of the Nigeria Labour Law, cognate. Manufacturing industry experience (8+ years) and computer literacy are minimum requirements for this role
Proven ability of industrial relations competence, excellent interpersonal relationship skills and maturity will count in favour of the preferred candidate.
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will be an added advantage.
