What You'll Do:
As our Human Resources Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping our employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and sourcing to interviewing, testing, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, employees, and legal counsel on all HR-related matters, fostering a supportive and compliant workplace.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience: A minimum of five years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Manager.
- Education: A four-year college degree.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
- Tech Savvy: Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)
