We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead the group’s HR function across all business
units, quick service restaurants, pastry production, and event services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies related to workforce planning, performance management, staff development, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring a productive and values-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
● Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts for all departments across the group.
● Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll processing in collaboration with Finance.
● Enforce HR policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with labour laws and company standards.
● Resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
● Track attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters in collaboration with departmental heads.
● Develop and implement training and development programs that support talent growth.
● Manage KPI-based performance management and appraisal systems across units.
● Provide HR data and analytics to support business decision making.
● Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
● Oversee HR audits, legal compliance, and workplace standards across all business units
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
● Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is strongly preferred.
● Training in organizational development, compensation management, or employee relations is an added advantage.
● Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
● Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and regulatory compliance standards.
● Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
● Experience managing HR across multiple business locations and diverse teams.
● Proven track record in employee performance management, talent development, and compliance.
● Strong background in organizational culture-building, engagement programs, and HR governance.
● Demonstrated ability to support change management and strategic HR planning at a group level.
● Strong Knowledge of Nigeria Labour Laws and HR best practices.
● Excellent Leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location operational environment.
Skills Required
