Position Responsibilities
Lead HR operations for 750+ warehouse, sales, facilities and office employees.
Partner with hiring managers to execute on high-growth recruitment strategies.
Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team.
Provide input on employee relations and matters of corrective action.
Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent application.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
7+ years of HR experience; including recruiting and previous people management experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
Knowledgeable of labor and employment laws.
