Responsibilities:- Serve as a strategic business partner to Freudenberg Medical leadership by aligning Human Resources strategies, programs, and initiatives with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Partner with site and divisional leadership to implement enterprise Human Resources strategies, including talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management.
- Drive and execute Human Resources strategies that support current and future business needs through effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee and labor relations, conflict resolution, organizational design, and workplace investigations while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and inclusion.
- Lead the performance management process to drive accountability, development, succession planning, and high performance across the organization.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs while supporting market competitiveness, internal equity, and pay-for-performance principles.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and Human Resources best practices while driving governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across Human Resources processes.
- Ensure the integrity of Human Resources data through routine audits, reporting, and analytics, providing leaders with actionable workforce insights and key metrics to support business decisions.
- Bachelor’s/University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification is preferred.
- 7 – 10 years' experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility as a HR Manager and or Business Partner with strong understanding of Costa Rica legal requirements.
- 5+ years’ minimum experience managing projects and programs, experience using proven project management and change management principles.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Familiar with and comfortable using HRIS software such as Workday/ ADP/ SAP
