Responsibilities
- Develop,
implement, and review HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with
organizational goals
- Lead
end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Oversee
performance management systems and guide managers on employee development
plans
- Drive
learning and development initiatives to support staff growth and
succession planning
- Ensure
compliance with Nigerian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal
policies
- Manage
employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Provide
strategic HR advice to management and contribute to organizational
decision-making
- Oversee
payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration,
or related field
- Minimum
of 5 years’ progressive HR management experience
- Strong
knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional
certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is highly desirable
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM)
