Join our Human Resources Team as a HR Manager located in our Tel Aviv office. 

Our office is seeking a motivated, creative and passionate Human Resources Manager to join our growing office. In first few months, the Human Resources Manager will be familiarized with the operations relating to Israel, learning the job from the ground-up and working closely with the Business Director and U.S. HR team. The ideal candidate would have 10 years experience in a working environment involving international business, preferably in a law firm environment, an eye for detail, eloquent speaking and writing capabilities in English and Hebrew, be accustomed to working in high paced environment, take directions well, and be socially extroverted. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a highly-regarded team and to work closely with office leadership.

Position Summary:
The Talent Services Manager partners with the Chief Talent Officer, Business Director and Managing Shareholder to provide talent services, professional development and recruiting support to the Firm’s Tel Aviv office in the areas of performance management, training and development, employee relations, policy administration, and other areas within the Talent Services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for attorneys and staff in the Tel Aviv office, including candidate sourcing, pipeline development, new hire orientation, and attracting top-tier talent in a competitive Israeli market

  • Partner with the Chief Talent Officer, Business Director, Managing Shareholder, and local leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and retention initiatives that support a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture

  • Serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, leave matters, and employee relations, ensuring alignment between firmwide policies and Israeli employment laws, regulations, and local workplace practices

  • Advise management on performance management, corrective actions, disciplinary processes, separations, and other complex employee relations matters, including local contingencies such as reserve duty

  • Oversee performance management, talent reviews, mentoring, and professional development for associates, staff, and legal support personnel, including manager training, development plans, and coordination with firmwide learning resources

  • Support compensation and bonus administration for local support staff by applying sound compensation principles and partnering with management on salary recommendations and related decisions

  • Act as the primary HR liaison between the Tel Aviv office and U.S. headquarters, promoting consistency in communication, processes, training requirements, and talent services standards across jurisdictions

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, procedures, and recordkeeping practices, maintaining accurate and compliant personnel, recruitment, and separation documentation and recommending policy or process enhancements where appropriate

  • Supervise legal support staff to promote high-quality service, efficient workflow, and ongoing development, and assist with additional department activities and responsibilities as assigned

  • High proficiency in English and Hebrew and high familiarity with both Israeli and U.S. business customs

Education & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, business management, or related field preferably in a law firm environment or professional services organization, including prior management/supervisory experience

  • Professional in Human Resources, PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting and understanding of best practices in Human Resources a plus

  • General knowledge of local employment laws and practices

  • Strong understanding of benefits and compensation programs

Technology

  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems, preferably with Workday

  • Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook as well as Adobe

  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources, business management, or related field, preferably in a law firm or professional services
