RequirementsThe Role
We're looking for a talented and people focused HR manager to join Kaltura for a 7 month maternity leave cover. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our Global HR team, gain exposure to a dynamic international tech environment, and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
You will work closely with employees and managers across the organization while supporting key HR operations, programs, and processes. This role combines hands-on HR support with operational excellence, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both working with people and driving impactful HR initiatives.
The day-to-day:
- Support employees and managers on HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with the divisional HRBPs to support business needs and initiatives
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, leave management, internal mobility, employee data updates, and other HR-related processes.
- Conduct onboarding check-ins and employee conversations to support a positive employee experience.
- Manage and maintain employee data within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance while generating reports and insights.
- Coordinate and support global HR programs and annual people processes.
- Assist with HR communications, documentation, workflow management, and employee records.
- Partner with the broader HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Help ensure a seamless, high-quality HR experience for employees and managers across the organization.
Ideally, We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People Operations Partner, preferably in a high-tech environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong administrative and operational capabilities, including experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with HR systems, reports, and employee data.
- A proactive, can-do approach and passion for creating a positive employee experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Team player who enjoys collaboration, learning, and contributing to a supportive HR culture.

Skills Required
