- Lead and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Learning & Development operations.
- Develop and implement HR and L&D strategies that support the hotel's operational and business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, recognition programs, and leadership development activities.
- Conduct training needs analyses and implement effective orientation, compliance, operational, and leadership training programs.
- Develop and maintain learning resources, training records, and talent development frameworks.
- Partner with department heads to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve team performance, and support career development planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, health and safety requirements, and labor relations practices.
- Support workforce planning, labor cost optimization, compensation and benefits administration, and HR budgeting processes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through open communication, employee well-being initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Monitor and evaluate HR and training effectiveness, providing recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
