- Updating internal databases with new employee information
- Organize items for new employee orientation,
on-boarding, to instill the right corporate values and culture.
- Physical
development and maintenance of employee files including digital and physical
files.
- Update
HRIS system.
- Archiving
HR files and completing data entry for past employees.
- Prepare
HR correspondence, memos, job letters, etc.
- Provide
administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
- Assist
with the Management and tracking of attendance and punctuality.
- Propose
and coordinate team activities and events.
- Create
and manage the monthly company newsletter.
- Prepare
monthly reports and presentations on HR Metrics.
- Participate in HR Projects (Job fairs, etc.)
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- At least one year working experience
- Studying towards a BSc Degree in Human Resources Management (or relevant field)
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Knowledge of Labour laws
- Strong soft skills: telephone, email and in person communication skills
