We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through calls, job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers (Excel/Sheets)
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
- Must be Graduate
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Keen interest in HR / Recruitment domain
- Hands-on exposure to real-time recruitment processes
