Who you areMetropolis is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our People team for a 1 Year internship. This internship will provide hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
What you'll do- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Support onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with HR documentation, reports, and compliance tracking
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist in managing administrative and operational tasks to maintain an efficient work environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
