About the Human Resources Internship:
Gain hands-on experience across key Human Resources functions, including, onboarding, HR reporting, compliance, employee communications, and project coordination. You'll build strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills while supporting day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Program structure:
- Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer.
- Location: Cleveland, OH
- Start Date: May 2027
- Duration: Year-round internship
What we're looking for:
Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources Management or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Planning and organizational skills.
Time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to succeed in a team environment.

- Supporting and facilitating new hire onboarding activities to create a positive employee experience.

- Managing employee communications, announcements, and HR updates.
- Providing administrative support for HR meetings, events, and employee programs.
- Assisting with a variety of HR projects and day-to-day operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
