Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Education: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general office experience required.
  • Systems: Hands-on experience navigating Paycom (or a similar comprehensive HRIS system) for personnel tracking and benefits administration is highly preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a cheerful, patient, and tactful disposition.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to make independent decisions when necessary and handle emotionally upset or hostile individuals professionally.
  • Healthcare Aptitude: Patience and empathy required to relate and work harmoniously with ill, disabled, elderly, and sensitive populations.
  • Technical: Strong technological skills, particularly with Paycom, Microsoft Office, and digital record-keeping.

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or equivalent support role
