- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding
- Partner with supervisors and leadership to address workforce needs and resolve employee concerns
- Coordinate and administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (Wisconsin), and company employment policies
- Assist with performance management, disciplinary processes, and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support safety initiatives and collaborate with operations in a manufacturing setting
- 3–7 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
- Salary up to $75,000 annually, based on experience.
