Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 per year.
Full time role onsite 5 days a week.
Hours: Monday -Thursday 12PM- 9PM, Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Accountable for all aspects of the Employee Recruitment Process on openings up to and including grade 17
o Generate Hire Requisitions as needed.
o Generate internal job postings and manages the response process.
o Post open positions externally with the most appropriate resource.
o Screen potential candidates.
o Manage the interview process, coordinating interviews with external candidates and internal hiring panel.
o Advise hiring panel on final job offer decision and work with Human Resources Manager on an appropriate compensation package when not well defined.
o Extend employment offers and generate offer letters and appropriate paperwork for selected candidate.
· Coordinate temporary staffing needs with hiring managers and VMS provider.
· Initiate and monitor the pre-employment process and ensure all employee’s information is in the system on the hire date.
· Provide employee relation support to local management to include appropriate counseling, guidance and employment termination when necessary.
· Serve as the daily contact for the local site staff to handle employee relations issues including but not limited to benefits, compensation, or general employment concerns.
· Conduct investigative interviews when employee complaints arise (i.e. sexual harassment or discrimination). Evaluate information gathered and determine the best course of action from a business, ethical and legal compliance standpoint. Follows through with the most appropriate action and follows up with original complainant.
· Conduct exit interview and investigates key issues or concerns.
· Ensures all employee transactions are accurately processed in the system and the appropriate steps have been taken to close open items.
· Generate reports and provide any employee information needed by management or any other authorized parties for compliance, analysis or audit purposes.
· Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
· B.A. degree in Human Resources or related field required.
· 3 to 5+ years of strong HR Generalist experience in all areas of HR.
· Must have excellent communication both verbal and written skills and be proficient in Windows applications.
· Must have working knowledge of HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
· Must have a sold understanding of federal and state labor laws and previous recruitment experience.
