Purpose

This role strengthens our HR operations with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR Administration, ensuring a compliant, seamless employee experience. You will support safety & health committee operations, statutory health checks, HRIS and personnel file management, and new hire orientation, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Primary (80%) — C&B / HR Administration Support

  • Assisting monthly closing and payroll payout process
  • Coordinate the Safety & Health Committee and manage statutory health check processes and records.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, create and keep personnel files, and support new hire orientation.
  • Monitor HR records and hiring/transfer processes for compliance with company standards and local laws.
  • Support C&B operations (salary/allowance data hygiene, salary survey inputs, job evaluation data upkeep, basic pay equity checks).
  • Produce HR data reports (headcount, HR KPIs, health-check progress).


Secondary (20%) — CSR, Engagement & Other HR Projects

  • Assist CSR events and local community initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement activities (events, communications).
  • Participate in HR projects and audits as needed.

PC Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications. 

Multi-tasking Ability: Strong capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to acquire knowledge of labor laws and other HR-related topics. 

English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking. 

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to tasks with a keen eye for accuracy. 

High Ethical Standards: Commitment to strict confidentiality and integrity.

 

Nice to have

・Presentation Skills: Experience in creating presentations from scratch. 

・HRIS Operation and Document Management: Practical experience in managing HRIS and organizing HR documentation.
