We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis to support a leave of absence. This role may extend into a temp-to-hire opportunity depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR questions.
Coordinate and lead the Employee Engagement Committee.
Support recruitment efforts, including posting open positions.
Deliver weekly onboarding sessions for new hires.
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR issues.
Support offboarding processes and partner with teams to reduce turnover.
Prior HR experience (2–3 years preferred).
Solid understanding of the employee life cycle.
Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
Background working with diverse employee groups.
