The HR Generalist plays a key role in providing comprehensive HR support to our corporate functions in a professional, fast‑paced business environment. In this mid-level role, you will partner closely with leaders and employees across departments to ensure consistent application of HR policies, effective communication, and a positive, engaging workplace culture. This position is ideal for an HR professional with solid experience in employee relations, talent management, and supporting exempt/professional populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for corporate employees and managers on workplace issues, policy interpretation, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices in alignment with applicable laws.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Support core HR processes, including onboarding, performance management cycles, policy implementation, and offboarding, while maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement corporate HR initiatives, support learning and development programs, and contribute to workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Participate in culture-building activities, recognition programs, change‑management efforts, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to support a positive employee experience.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably supporting corporate or professional/exempt employees in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as HR policies and standard HR processes.
  • Experience in employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and conducting investigations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and partner with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
