Position Summary
- Manage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding).
- Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance
- Ensure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines
- Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP
- Responsible for payroll and benefits
- Maintains confidential employment records
- Develop and execute employee events. (picnic, rewards, wellness, flu shot, etc)
- Attend employee meetings
- Conflict resolution
- Light manufacturing and warehouse

- 4 years of HR or HR generalist experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Payroll and benefits experience
- Vendor communication. (Medical, Insurance, Retirement, Payroll Administrator, etc.)
