Position Summary
  • Manage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding).
  • Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance
  • Ensure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines  
  • Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP
  • Responsible for payroll and benefits
  • Maintains confidential employment records
  • Develop and execute employee events. (picnic, rewards, wellness, flu shot, etc)
  • Attend employee meetings
  • Conflict resolution

Education & Experience
  • 4 years of HR or HR generalist experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Payroll and benefits experience  
  • Vendor communication. (Medical, Insurance, Retirement, Payroll Administrator, etc.)

Skills Required

  • 4 years of HR or HR generalist experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Payroll and benefits experience
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS data maintenance
  • Knowledge of employment law, OSHA, and insurance compliance
  • Experience communicating with vendors (medical, insurance, retirement, payroll administrators)
  • Experience maintaining confidential employment records
