What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing through background checks and onboarding; partner with leaders on staffing needs
- Serve as a trusted HR resource and coach managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, and workplace concerns
- Administer benefits, leaves, accommodations, policies, and employee records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
- Support workers’ compensation, workplace injuries, OSHA training, safety requirements, and HR compliance.
- Process payroll, audit timekeeping, and maintain accurate employee data and transactions in Paylocity
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
- Support employee engagement and continuously improve HR programs and processes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of HR experience across recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and compliance
- Manufacturing or other operational HR experience preferred
- Strong recruiting and candidate-sourcing skills, including passive candidate strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust with employees and leaders at all levels
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple demands, and drive improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
