- Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as the trusted first point of contact for HR queries. Partner directly with our Manager, HR Operations and line managers to provide guidance on performance management, grievance handling, absences, and conflict resolution.
- HR Operations & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records within our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring high data quality for reporting and operational tracking.
- Payroll & Compliance Support: Coordinate general payroll queries and contract updates, ensuring all HR practices align with specific LATAM country employment laws and regulations.

- LATAM HR & Employment Law: Solid experience in HR administration and a working knowledge of employment regulations across key LATAM countries.
-
Employee Relations Experience: Proven track record of partnering with managers to resolve employee relations issues (e.g., disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, absence management).
-
Cross-Border/Multi-Location Experience: Prior experience working within a global organization across multiple time zones is highly advantageous.
