What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the HR Champion: Support daily operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Foster an Engaging Culture: Build strong relationships with our hourly workforce and drive meaningful employee engagement.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance on company policies, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition: Help manage headcount and support hiring strategies to meet business needs.
  • Lead Onboarding & Training: Develop and deliver impactful programs to ensure new hires hit the ground running.
  • Support Employee Recognition & Retention: Champion initiatives that celebrate and reward our team members.
  • Maintain HR Systems & Records: Manage HRIS updates and ensure data accuracy.
  • Drive Employee Relations: Act as the go-to resource for hourly employees, handling concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support HR Leadership: Assist the HR Manager with key projects and initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education & Experience: Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • HR Expertise: 4+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish English): Required to effectively support our workforce.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws: Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations.
  • People-Centered Approach: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Certification Preferred: SHRM/PHR certification is a plus!
