- Be a Business-focused HR Partner
Learn the business inside and out. Serve as a sounding board and strategic advisor to leaders. Surface the right conversations at the right time and ensure they result in clear decisions, action, and follow-through.
- Continuously Improve the Team Member Experience
Elevate the everyday team member journey, from onboarding to development to offboarding. Lead thoughtful exit processes, distill feedback into insights, and turn those insights into practical improvements that strengthen engagement, retention, and performance. - Champion Talent as a Growth Strategy
Identify future capability needs and partner across teams to attract, develop, and retain the talent that will drive continued success. Lead workforce and succession planning conversations across locations and teams to ensure the right capabilities are in place as the business grows. - Lead Through Influence
Build trusted relationships with leaders who value your perspective, insights, and ability to align stakeholders and drive results through thoughtful problem-solving. - Foster Engagement with Intention

Your Background
- A business-minded HR leader with 10+ years of progressive experience, including time as a sole HR Practitioner in high-growth or matrixed professional services environments
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and complexity, bringing structure, clarity, and calm to evolving situations
- A relationship builder who leads with trust, empathy, and curiosity
- Energized by innovation and impact- not bureaucracy
- A systems thinker who sees connections across teams, processes, and business strategy
- Deep knowledge in talent strategy, organizational design, team development, and leadership coaching
- Sees HR not as a support function, but as a lever for growth and transformation
- Industry experience in Engineering, Architecture, and Technology is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and HR platforms e.g., UKG
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related HR certification is a plus
- An energetic, authentic, and solution-oriented approach
- A collaborative spirit with a growth mindset and focus on outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, execute efficiently, and to ask for support when needed
- A track record of excelling in dynamic, deadline-driven environments- independently, within teams, and as a leader
- Passion for shaping forward-thinking HR programs and addressing complex challenges
- Commitment to staying current on evolving HR trends, practices, and innovations
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and flex as priorities shift
Location: Remote, U.S.
Travel: Up to 20%
Compensation & Benefits:The expected base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
