We are looking for an inspiring and strategic HR leader who’s ready to make a global impact. In this key role, you will drive initiatives that align our people strategy with business goals, foster a culture of growth and collaboration, and lead the continued integration of our expanding organization through ongoing Mergers and Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Corporate and Business Unit leadership to design and execute global HR strategies, while overseeing daily operations across all HR functions — including talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, organizational development, training, compliance, employee relations, HR systems, performance management, and policy administration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance that drives organizational success.
  • Lead and execute the integration of HR processes and systems in support of ongoing mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide leadership and support to a global HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree and HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role with global exposure.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of US domestic and international employment and labor law compliance.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience in complex ERP systems preferred.
